Warranty and Returns

Due to the nature of the world we living in, we do not accept returns.  If in the instance that something occurred, I ask that you please contact us as quickly as you can so we can come up with a solution that will rectify the issue.

Since the candles are handmade product, there are no warranties. Each candle is individually made, so it may have differences between each product.  That's what makes them so fun and unique.  

As of January 2025, any and all holiday items & related items (including wax warmers) will not be covered under warranties or return policies.  If there was a mistake in the purchase, please contact us within 24 hours to rectify. We our proud of our quick shipping and prompt service; during the holidays, this is imperative.  Please be sure you are ordering the correct item and if you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.

If there happens to be a situation that occurs that I may be able to rectify, please do not hesitate to contact me.  We will work together to figure out a reasonable solution that will satisfy both of us.
